Meet the Herd

Ricardo joined the Bison team in 2021 and has immediately made a positive impact. Ricardo received his Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida as well as his MBA & BA in Business Administration, Management & Public Relations. Over the last 10+ years he has served in various positions from VP of Sales, Marketing & BD, EVP of Sales, Marketing & Product Manager & VP of Business Development. Ricardo is Committed, analytical, and hands-on with a proven track record reflecting strong leadership experience that inspires productive engaged teams. Offers exceptional work ethic, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Polylingual, including English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Scott joined “The Herd” in 2007 bringing with him over 20 years of structural & sheet design, manufacturing & sheet metal fabrication experience. Scott’s impeccable experience in design and fabrication is truly an asset to Bison Profab. For over 12 years as Engineering & Design Manager, Scott was able to lay down the foundation and keep Bison on the cutting edge in 3D Solidwork design as well as implementing Bison’s Solidwork PDM Vault system. In April of 2021, with Bison’s fast pace growth, Scott’s knowledge and technology capabilities lead him to become our IT/Software Manager. Due to his exceptional hard work ethic and impeccable product knowledge, he assumed the responsibilities of Compliance & Technology Director in January of 2023.

Scott and his wife Robin live in Magnolia. They have one daughter who is in her third year of college for a degree in Radiology.

Steven began his tenure at Bison Profab in the summer of 2022, starting as a shipping clerk in the shipping and receiving department. He quickly grasped the intricacies of each shipment and the unique preferences of Bison's customers, as well as the logistical operations on a daily basis. By September 2023, Steven was promoted to the role of Lead in the shipping department, transitioning from firsthand floor experience to a leadership position. Steven is dedicated to ensuring Bison's customers receive exceptional service for their shipment needs. Steven resides happily in Magnolia with his wife, Katherine, and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and attending church

Joshua joined the Bison team in 2011, he has held various positions throughout his employment with Bison. After spending 12 years in the oilfield manufacturing industry, he began his journey with Bison as the Shipping Manager. During his journey, Joshua also held other titles. These positions include Production Supervisor and Procurement Manager. In January of 2025, Joshua moved into the role of Sales Director. He has extensive knowledge of Bison’s procedures, products, and manufacturing processes.

Roman joined ‘the Herd” in 2021 bringing with him over 35 years’ experience in sheet metal manufacturing & fabrication. From various positions such as QA/QC Manager, Shop Superintendent, Outside Sales Manager & Production Manager Roman has a unique insight as to what it takes to manufacture our product from start to finish allowing him to think outside the box when offering solutions to our customers. Roman is an avid outdoorsman with an exceptional passion for hunting & fishing.

Ryan has been with Bison Pro Fab for 14 years, previously serving as the Weld Shop Supervisor. He is now an integral part of the sales team, bringing his extensive experience to his new role. Ryan is well liked and respected by colleagues and customers, alike.

Scott has been with Bison for 7 years and has over 25 years of Fabrication and Machining experience. Scott specializes in Press Brake Operator. Scott is the Lead for a team of 7 employees in our Fabrication Department.

Our Production Expediter, Mike Yow, has 16 years of experience in the Sheet Metal industry with 13 years of Supervisory experience. Mike is responsible for the timely and efficient flow of materials and resources within each department at Bison Profab.  Mike is the Father of 2 daughters and enjoys spending quality time with them.
