Meet the Herd

Ricardo joined the Bison team in 2021 and has immediately made a positive impact. Ricardo received his Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida as well as his MBA & BA in Business Administration, Management & Public Relations. Over the last 10+ years he has served in various positions from VP of Sales, Marketing & BD, EVP of Sales, Marketing & Product Manager & VP of Business Development. Ricardo is Committed, analytical, and hands-on with a proven track record reflecting strong leadership experience that inspires productive engaged teams. Offers exceptional work ethic, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Polylingual, including English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Scott joined “The Herd” in 2007 bringing with him over 20 years of structural & sheet design, manufacturing & sheet metal fabrication experience. Scott’s impeccable experience in design and fabrication is truly an asset to Bison Profab. For over 12 years as Engineering & Design Manager, Scott was able to lay down the foundation and keep Bison on the cutting edge in 3D Solidwork design as well as implementing Bison’s Solidwork PDM Vault system. In April of 2021, with Bison’s fast pace growth, Scott’s knowledge and technology capabilities lead him to become our IT/Software Manager. Due to his exceptional hard work ethic and impeccable product knowledge, he assumed the responsibilities of Compliance & Technology Director in January of 2023.

Scott and his wife Robin live in Magnolia. They have one daughter who is in her third year of college for a degree in Radiology.

Pat has worked in the sheet metal fabrication industry for over 20 years; the past 12 years in management.  Pat started from the ground up learning a variety of skillsets, including equipment programing and operation to various welding processes.  The majority of those years have been in an enclosure manufacturing environment.  His knowledge and expertise as our Production Manager have been an invaluable asset to Bison ProFab.

Pat, his wife Addie and their two children live by Lake Conroe where they enjoy boating and fishing with friends and family.  Pat’s other hobbies include hunting and golfing.

Joshua started with Bison over 10 years ago as our shipping manager.  With 15 years of background in logistics coordination and warehouse management, in the oil & gas industry, he brought Bison’s shipping department to new levels.  Due to the nature of Joshua’s hard work ethic and strong product knowledge, he assumed the responsibilities of procurement manager in May of 2021.  Joshua, his wife Elizabeth, and their 5 children reside in The Woodlands, TX.  Joshua’s hobbies include classic car restoration, drag racing, going fast, and being the best husband/ father he can be. “Decide. Commit. Follow through.”

Shawn has 15+ years of warehouse and inventory control experience in the manufacturing and oilfield industries and is focused on streamlining plant processes and S.O.Ps. Shawn is happily married and was just blessed with a baby boy earlier this year. He enjoys spending time with his family and the new experiences of a first-time fatherhood.

Roman joined ‘the Herd” in 2021 bringing with him over 35 years’ experience in sheet metal manufacturing & fabrication. From various positions such as QA/QC Manager, Shop Superintendent, Outside Sales Manager & Production Manager Roman has a unique insight as to what it takes to manufacture our product from start to finish allowing him to think outside the box when offering solutions to our customers. Roman is happily married to his wife Felicia and is an avid outdoorsman with an exceptional passion for hunting & fishing.

Jordan is one of the many success stories first joining the Bison team back in 2009 at the ground floor and putting in the hard work & dedication to our product. Serving in many different departments over the years he has developed an incredible retention for product knowledge & quality of the craftsmanship we pride ourselves with here at Bison. Jordan is happily married to his wife Tayla and their two children here in Magnolia. They enjoy family outings, travel and quality time with friends and family.

Ryan has been with Bison for 12 years and has over 15 years of Welding experience. Ryan specializes and has expertise in working with Aluminum. He is the Lead for a team of 7 Welders.

Scott has been with Bison for 7 years and has over 25 years of Fabrication and Machining experience. Scott specializes in Press Brake Operator. Scott is the Lead for a team of 7 employees in our Fabrication Department.

Mike joined Bison in 2020 as a Machine Operator and has 15 years of sheet metal experience. He has experience working on the robot press brake, punch, laser, and gasket machine. Mike quickly moved up to the Assembly Manager position with his experience. He lives near Lake Conroe and is married to Crystal. Mike is also a proud father of 4.

Mike has been at Bison for 1 year and is responsible for the Production of the 2^nd Shift. Mike has 16 years of experience in the Sheet Metal industry with 13 years of Supervisory experience. Mike is the Father of 2 daughters and enjoys spending quality time with them and attending their activities.
