The range of possible accessories available on a Bison ProFab enclosure is virtually unlimited. On the other hand, most of our customers' budgets have definite limits. That's why Bison ProFab backs its accessory offerings with the expertise of enclosure design and production professionals, skilled at adapting accessories to applications for the best possible performance at the lowest possible cost.
Among the accessory options available:
- Fans- with specifications from 100 CFM and up. UL approved and NEMA ratings up to and including NEMA 4X. Also available in rack mount configurations
- Thermostats for controlling fan and heater operations. Adjustable temp ranges
- Heaters- strip heaters and other configurations. UL approved, and available in a wide variety of wattage ratings
- Air Conditioning- an extensive choice of types and sizes, including solid state units. Side mount, top mount and rack mount units. Also available in NEMA 4 / 4X versions
- Insulation- A "low-E" insulation material allows us to attain R values up to R8 with a material only ¼" thick, minimizing the amount of interior space sacrificed to insulation
- Sunshades- metal shade panels attached to the surface of the enclosure to assist in cabinet cooling. Offset from the surface of the cabinet by 1". Can be affixed to top, sides and door
- Viewing Windows- available for both doors or cabinet sides in a variety of materials; Lexan, Plexiglas, regular glass and others. Choose clear or opaque shades
- Casters- many sizes and weight loads are available in a range of styles; locking and non-locking; rigid plate or swivel plate; rubber, polyurethane, phenolic, nylon, forged steel, cast iron and more
- Leveling feet- adjustable feet for leveling enclosures
- Fuse blocks, power panels, outlets, power strips- assorted basic electrical components can be included and installed in your enclosure
- Lights- available in many different configurations including fluorescent, incandescent and quartz. Designed for industrial applications, rugged use environments and long life. Can be mated with door activated switches for automatic on/off operation
- Door switches for light and/or intrusion alarm applications, or high/low temperature alarm switches
- Air filters to filter cabinet air intake. Available in replaceable styles or as units that can be cleaned and re-used
- Slide-out drawers- custom made drawer units that can be attached to the underside of cabinet shelves or designed to stand alone. Also available in rack mount configurations. Can be used for storing documents or, when equipped with a hinged lid, used as a work-surface for portable/laptop computers
- Lifting eyes- Fixed (welded) or bolt-on lifting eyes for placement and installation of larger enclosures
